Mango Pie

1 can mango pulp

3/4  cup sugar

8 oz cream cheese

8 oz sour cream

3 packets unflavored gelatin

3 cups water

3 large pie shells

Boil water. Add gelatin and sugar and stir to dissolve. Set aside.

Blend mango pulp, cream cheese, sour cream and fold into gelatin mixture. Pour into pie shells .Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours.

Cut into wedges when ready to serve.

Makes 3 large pies.
