I looked up the multiple listing service this morning in order to prepare the monthly market report.

There were 4 homes that settled in January .The average price was $282,225 , the lowest price was $209,900 and highest sale price was $350,000. These homes were on the market for an average of 113 days.

There are 2 homes pending settlement. They were on the market for an average of 51 days.

The above listings are for residential listings and does not include commercial , multi units , lots , sale by owners and homes not listed in mls. It is subject to errors and omissions.
