Based on information in multiple listing service there were 20 homes that sold and settled in July 2008. The average price was $286,450. The highest price was for a 4 bedroom single home that sold for $407,000 and lowest price was $169,900. the average days on the market was 53. That is days from listing contract to date it went under contract for sale. there is a single that sold for $220,000 and a twin house that sold for $245,000.

There are 17 homes pending settlement . They were on the market for an average of 74 days. the average price they were listed for is $276,418 .
