Highest sale price was $745,000
The lowest sale price was $152,500
The average days the homes were marketed was 172
The average settled price to original price ratio 89.07 %
The average settled price to last list price ratio is 94.87%
The homes were priced high and sellers had to reduce price as seen from ratios.
