The average original list price was $ 406,580.
The average last list price was $371,540
The average sale price was $ 351,200
Highest sale price was $475,000
The lowest sale price was $252,000
The average days the homes were marketed was 166
The average settled price to original price ratio 86.31 %
The average settled price to last list price ratio is 94.39%
The homes were priced high and sellers had to reduce price as seen from ratios.
There were 41 active listings and 15 homes pending settlement as of February 5, in New Britain township.
