The average last list price was $259,240
The average sale price was $ 249,480
Highest sale price was $360,000
The lowest sale price was $150,000
The average days the homes were marketed was 114
The average settled price to original price ratio 90.77 %
The average settled price to last list price ratio is 96.48%
The homes were priced high and sellers had to reduce price as seen from ratios
