Sellers often ask the question ," How long will it take to sell my home?"
The number of days on the market depends on the price ,location and condition of your home.
It also depends on when it is listed.
There are certain times of the year that there are more sales than at other times.
I looked up statistics for number of days a home that settled in October 2012 , was on the market before it went under contract, in Bucks County Pa for a number of townships.
Here are the statistics
Township Days on market
Lower Makefield 98
Upper makefield 72
Lower Southampton 111
New Britain 95
The above is for residential listings in mls and is subject to errors and omissions. If you would like information about your township please call me at 2153438200x124 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
the above does not mean your home will sell in the above number of days. The above were average days on market for October and will be different now.
When you read about events please check the year for the event as some people find information a year later and think it is for that year. . The posts remain online even after the event.
