Buyers start their home search online. Some buyers just look at one web site and some go on many web sites thinking that they may find information that is different. Buyers waste a lot of time researching homes for sale on their own.
Once they start working with an agent, the agent can email the listings that suit their criteria because we check information in the mls which is most recent while other sites receive the information later and may be outdated.

There are buyers who just drive by neighborhoods and call me about homes they like from the outside only to find out that they are priced at $100,000 over their approved price.
If you are looking to buy a home it is a good idea to first find out the amount of mortgage that you will quailfy for and then hire a buyer agent . You will save a lot of time.
The agent will be glad to show you homes and will email you listings based on your criteria. We can also set up automatic alerts in mls and you will be emailed listings as soon as they are listed in mls.( We can do this with our mls system in Philadelphia area. You should check with your agent in other States)
When you read about events please check the year for the event as some people find information a year later and think it is for that year. . The posts remain online even after the event.
