I go to one Football game every year because it is difficult to plan my Sundays in advance. Also I prefer to watch on TV while hosting an open house for my clients or I have the radio on while driving with buyer clients.
I had to tell the following people:
My seller clients in Warminster requested me to host an open house on sunday. I had to tell them I am going to the game.
Then my buyer clients who work some weekends called me and said they would like to see homes on Sunday . They had lost out on a bid recently so they wanted to see homes. I requested another agent to show them homes and fortunately the agent agreed.
Then another seller client had a showing on sunday and the seller wanted me to be there to let the agnets in as it is a rented property and the tenants require it. The seller said she cannot be there on sunday and requested me and I had to tell her the same thing.
We have to work 7 days a week and even if we plan on taking a day off, that is the day that everyone needs us.
I am fortunate that all the above clients said they understand and they were not annoyed .
