Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery Counties Real Estate. Tips for home buyers, home sellers by Gita Bantwal,Realtor at Re/Max Centre Realtors.: Unique personalized closing gifts.

Unique personalized closing gifts.

Fuji film recently launched a photo site www.seehere.com  . It is like Picasa ,flickr etc. It may not have all the features but it offers unlimited photo storage.

I looked up the site and got some good ideas for closing gifts. I will use the picture of the house for these items.

1. Ceramic Plates It comes with the stand. ( 8 inch diameter) $11.99

2.Wall Clock $22.99

Serving tray.Made of Cherry wood. 14"x10" , $24.99

Photo Throw 50"x60" , made of 100% cotton $89.99

My personal favorite is the serving tray. Instead of giving wine , I will start giving these trays.

Check out the web site. If not for gifts , you can use it for storage.

Gita,  Good ideas for closing gifts.  If you like giving personalized products, I might also recommend that you visit www.personalcreations.com.  They have a lot of personalized products that can be either engraved, sandblasted or photo products as well.

The serving tray idea is unique - probably lasts longer too!

Thanks for sharing...  I like using the home picture as part of the closing gift...  Alwys into new Ideas...  Earlier I read a blog on giving a tree to plant in the yard... I like that idea also... Diane

Gita - I noticed another option the other day to add to a closing gift basket.  Customized stamps.  you can take a photo of the new home, their pet, etc and have it made into postage stamps.

Gita -- I love the tray idea.  I have done "We've Moved" postcards with the photo of the new home which were so well received also -- people love to see a picture of their home and share it with others!  Thnks for the good post.

Hello Gita: I have always thought the photo hard bound book was a great idea.

Gita, I think anything personalized is a great gift! People are less likely to get rid of something if it has their name on it. Great ideas!

Gita -- A great closing gift is a combination lockbox.  All families need to have a secure key at the property and is better than the welcome mat!  Fred

Mary, Thanks for the tip.

Yvette, I agree. People are less likely to get throw away anything with their name on it.

Fred, That is a great idea.

Yvette Smith, You are welcome.

Erica, Thank you.
